You can contact us directly to make an initial appointment or have your GP or health professional refer you also.
You can get in contact by email, phone or by filling in our online enquiry form.
We will aim to get back to you within 2 working days usually by phone or email so as to get a better sense of what you might need support with. We will then aim to put you in contact with a suitable therapist and will consider factors such as mobility, geographic distance and what therapy might help.
You will then arrange to meet the therapist at a venue, date and time that suits you.

Thank you for contacting the Parenthood in Mind practice. Unfortunately the practice is now closed until 18th April. If you wish to refer yourself or are a professional wishing to refer a patient we will not process your referral until we re-open on Monday 19th April 2021.
If you are a current client of the practice and need to speak to a health professional, please contact your GP or Psychiatrist in the first instance or contact the psychologist/psychotherapist who is treating you.

If you need help with issues around trauma in pregnancy and after birth, please look for support on the Birth Trauma Association or Make Birth Better websites. If you are in North London and need support with parenting issues please look at the Independent Psychology service or Jigsaw therapy or the Psychology Collective practices. In South London, Circle Psychology Partners or the Dr Siobhan MacCarthy practice may be able to help.
